Please read this Agreement thoroughly before installing and using the Software. Your use of the Software signifies your agreement to these terms.
The HUD VPN app is a software product owned by Wartraf sp. z o.o..
FREE LICENSE: HUD VPN app grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, in strict compliance with this Agreement's terms.
PAID LICENSE: Upon payment of applicable fees and continued compliance with this Agreement, HUD VPN app grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to use the Software, in strict accordance with this Agreement.
UNAUTHORIZED USE: You commit to making reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software, with at least the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information, but no less than a reasonable degree of care.
The Software is the intellectual property of Wartraf sp. z o.o., protected under copyright laws, international treaties, and other laws in the country of use. The structure, organization, and code are confidential and trade secrets of Wartraf sp. z o.o.. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Software may be used by Wartraf sp. z o.o. in their current or future products or services without compensation or approval. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software, which are reserved by Wartraf sp. z o.o..
You must not use the Services in a way that could harm our servers or hinder other users' enjoyment. Unauthorized access to any part of the Services is prohibited. We reserve the right to use legal and technical measures to enforce this Agreement.
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
HUD VPN app does not guarantee that the Software will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The warranty does not cover:
Except as stated, HUD VPN app provides the Software "AS IS" without any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied.
Neither we nor any involved parties will be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data or profit loss, from using the Service, even if advised of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed thirty dollars ($30.00).
Software bundled with third-party programs is governed by their respective licenses, which may include open-source or free software licenses. This Agreement does not override or grant rights beyond those of any third-party software terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding conflict of law provisions. You consent to the jurisdiction of Georgia courts.
This Agreement is the complete and exclusive understanding between the Parties, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and understandings regarding this subject matter.
Using the Services signifies acceptance of Wartraf sp. z o.o. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
